2. Leskyn Kernow

Hailing from the darkest depths of West Cornwall, Bagas Fellyon are re-imagining the sound of Cornish traditional music. Dalla Duo offer a celebration of the very best of Cornish traditional music in all its varied glory, from wild and mesmerising dance tunes to beautifully haunting slower pieces. This includes instrumentals on bouzouki and clarinet, as well as songs in Cornish and in English.
6. Cornish/Celtic Night

One and all are welcome to join this free community event in St Austell.
With speakers, performances a craft fair and music in venues across the town, there’s plenty to see and do in St Austell this St Piran’s Day. The focal point of the whole day will be the afternoon procession through the town, where everyone is welcome and Cornish flags and attire are encouraged!
8. St Piran’s Festival
Redruth Town Centre

Join locals, visitors, families, and friends around Redruth for a joyful celebration of Cornish culture, community, and renewal.
Across the town, there’ll be plenty to explore throughout the day, with exhibitions, creative workshops, markets, and live music popping up in venues and spaces across Redruth. From browsing the creations of local makers and artists, to getting hands-on with spring-inspired activities, watching performances, or simply wandering between locations and soaking it all in, the festival spreads right across the town centre and invites everyone to take part in their own way.
9. Kernow Kino

Kernow Kino is an annual celebration of Cornish film, featuring a fresh programme of short films by local filmmakers, shown in community spaces and cinemas across Cornwall in February and March.
Discover some of Cornwall’s most exciting filmmaking talent and experience authentic Cornish stories where they belong: on the big screen.
Presented in partnership by Screen Cornwall and C Fylm, Kernow Kino champions local filmmaking talent and creates opportunities for brilliant Cornish films to be seen, shared and celebrated.
