Countertenor Colin Wilson teams up again with violinist Nick Beach, Oboeist Lottie Brenton, Strings and chamber organ to present a joyful celebration of music by J.S. Bach at Truro Cathedral. The concert will take place in the choir of the Cathedral on Saturday 14th September starting at 7.30pm and finishing about 9.15pm. The fee £12 includes a free glass of wine in the interval. Please pay on the door.
The programme includes some of Bach’s most beautiful solo pieces, arias and the famous cantata Ich Habe Genug. Other highlights including the Agnus Dei from the B minor mass and the stunning Erbarme Dich from Matthew Passion. There will also be beautiful solos for violin, cello and oboe.
