Join us for this rare opportunity, as Kadam Bridget Heyes, NKT-IKBU (New Kadampa Tradition – International Kadampa Buddhist Union) National Spiritual Director for the UK & Ireland, visits Cornwall to give a public evening talk.
In our busy modern lives it can sometimes feel like peace is a whole world away.
In this inspiring Evening Talk, Kadam Bridget will explain how simple meditation techniques coming from Buddhist wisdom can help us to develop peace within our own mind.
These techniques when put into practice can help us to find the peace we are looking for in our every day life, reduce our stress and improve our well-being.
A hot drink will be available after the talk if you wish to stay and find out more about upcoming plans for meditation classes and courses in Cornwall.
