Interactive project course for creatives, using Lego to learn to manage projects more effectively

Join us for this interactive course on the practical application of Scrum and Agile project management methodologies, particularly designed for creative businesses and practitioners but suitable for everyone. This day is designed for complete beginners to Agile and will give you tools to manage your projects more efficiently.

Over the course of the day, you will:
• Be taught the basics of how to implement Agile techniques with real-world examples.
• Work in small groups with a full afternoon of activity-based learning.
• Use Lego to learn how to prioritise product backlogs and experience running an efficient Scrum sprint in a team.
• Learn how to improve team collaboration for faster, higher quality results.
• Come away with tools to help your teams adapt more quickly to change.
