2-week online equality training for live events, focusing on disability access and inclusion.

Falmouth University’s Attitude is Everything Disability Equality Training for Live Events is a two week online course aimed at event professionals, venue managers, policy makers, and suppliers who want to create inclusive live experiences. Accredited by the charity Attitude is Everything, the course equips you with both understanding and practical skills to meet the needs of Deaf and disabled customers, exploring legal responsibilities under the 2010 Equality Act, effective access provision, appropriate terminology, inclusive communication, and the social model of disability. Delivered through our online platform, it combines case studies, presentations, group discussions, quizzes, and peer feedback, requiring around four hours of weekly study. Assessment is via a multiple choice quiz, and successful participants receive a certificate of completion. This course enables you to confidently design and manage accessible, high quality, disability inclusive events.
