About this event
After founding the iconic punk fanzine Sniffin’ Glue, Mark Perry formed Alternative TV in London in 1977. Their first album, ‘The Image has Cracked’, featuring the iconic single, ‘Action Time Vision’, was released in May 1978.
Now, 17 singles and 10 studio albums later, plus numerous tours and other projects, Mark Perry has re-located to Penzance, Cornwall, and has formed a new lineup with local experienced musicians, including Jimmy Jewell (drums), Hen Wrench (bass) and Alan Burton (guitar). This latest incarnation of Alternative TV are currently playing selected venues across the South West.
