Crispy sweet chilli pork belly pieces served with a cucumber and coriander salad

Chicken ballotine stuffed with a sage mousse wrapped in bacon, served with crispy potatoes and steamed greens with a wild mushroom sauce
Pan seared stone bass, prawn and caper butter served with potato cake and charred broccoli
Crispy wild mushroom arancini, served with celeriac puree, rocket and parmesan salad

Sticky toffee pudding with butterscotch sauce and clotted cream
