The Brodsky Quartet plays Smetana and Beethoven

The world-renowned Brodsky Quartet plays masterpieces by Bedrich Smetana and Ludwig van Beethoven, two composers who continued to give joy through their music despite losing their hearing. Haydn’s quartet in C (op 54/2) moves from a bright and vigorous start to a magically quiet ending.
