Andy Pearce x Headland: Saltwalls Gallery

As The Headland’s artist in residence during the Be Newquay Festival, Andy Pearce will be sketching and painting in various spaces around the hotel and on the beach throughout the month, and hosting sketching workshops and open studio sessions.

Following on from the sketching workshops on the 16th or 23rd November, venture to Andy’s gallery, Saltwalls, on the 30th November to collect your framed sketches. Located in the town centre, Saltwalls is an independent gallery that has grown into a creative hub; featuring Andy’s own coastal-inspired paintings, alongside works from other local talents. With original art, fine prints, ceramics, and more, the gallery is a must-see during the festival. And whilst you are in town on this date, make sure you coincide a visit to the Big Newquay Festive Market.

This workshop is part of Be Newquay Festival – a new season of events, activities and workshops that celebrate Newquay’s culture and creative spirit.
