St Austell Players' production of Howard Brenton's Anne Boleyn

Premiering at Shakespeare’s Globe in 2010, Howard Brenton’s take on the life of perhaps Henry VIII’s most famous wife is an enthralling tale following the life of the infamous queen and her struggle with power, politics, love and ambition. Told through both Anne’s eyes and from King James I as he is haunted by her powerful impact, this fresh retelling is a new take on a classic story.
