Spend the day trying your hand at seasonal breads and other baked treats. From artisan baguettes to tasty doughnuts, learn the techniques and bake your breads in our sea-view garden room. Our talented in-house Bedruthan bakers, Gregory Huxford and Chris Squire, will take you from beginner to baker and you’ll leave with your freshly baked loaves and with the skill to continue your bread-making at home.
15th September: Focaccia, ciabatta, bread sticks rolls & loafs
10th November: Christmas cake, Stolen
Level: The course is suitable for adults and no experience is required.

Times: 10:30am – 4:30pm
Run by: Bedruthan Hotel chefs
Make: A variety of baked goods.
Price: £85 per person for each workshop, including all ingredients, tea and coffee on arrival, two-course Wild Café lunch. Bakers will also be able to take their baked goods home with them.
What to bring: Just yourself, Bedruthan kitchen will provide aprons.
