Choral & Orchestral concert featuring Beethoven 7, Vaughan Williams Epithalamion and Ravel Tombeau

Our Thursday concert features the full Easter Festival Orchestra and Chorus, presenting Vaughan Williams’ rarely performed and exquisite Epithalamion, conducted by Ben Glassberg with soloist Gareth Brynmor John. Preceded by Ravel’s ebullient Le tombeau de Couperin. In the second half the orchestra performs Beethoven’s luxuriant Symphony No. 7.
