Yoga warm-up. Learn Indian Dance movements.
Brand new outdoor Bollywood Dance at the beach sessions, weather permitting. With a Yoga warm-up & cool-down, £7 for an hour session, 10-11am.
At Gyllyngvase beach when it’s usually bright and sunny in September/ October. I am aiming for 3 sessions from 10am per week.
I also have hula-hoops which I use to help open tight shoulders and tone up. Absolute beginner moves taught step by step.
For 1.5 hours of Yoga, Bollywood and Hula-hoop it’s £10pp 10-11.30am. The last 30 minutes from 11-11.30am is just hoop work.
Pay £7 for Yoga & Bollywood for 1 hour. Or it’s £10 for Yoga, Bollywood and Hula-hoop 1.5 hours.
We are working with very small groups of people and stay socially distanced during the session. I will text you the day before to confirm. Starts Tuesday 29th September.
PLEASE NOTE: We must keep to Social distance rules and must not socialise after the class. I sanitise and clean everything that is touched (mats / hoops / scarves for dancing).
We will be on the right of the beach as you look out to sea.

Wear layers and fitted clothes, bring water and a Yoga Mat if you have one.
Charlotte has been teaching Indian Dance for 15 years, Yoga and Hula-hoop for 8 years. She works in Schools & Colleges and provides Workshops for a variety of special occassions. Trained in Classical Indian Dance: Kathak. Learn the beautiful arm and hand movements ‘Hastaks.’ Stretch & Tone, gain better posture and most importantly… feel better.
