About this event
Join us at Liskeard Library for a special evening celebrating the launch of Cornwall Uncharted: Mapping Cornwall’s Queer History of Concealment, Culture and Creativity by Paul Taylor-McCartney, published by The History Press.
Richly illustrated by James Innerdale and rooted in archival research, literature and landscape, Cornwall Uncharted explores how Cornwall’s towns, coves, chapels, studios and lanes shaped the ways queer lives could be lived, hidden, expressed and remembered across four centuries. Expect a welcoming night of conversation, music and celebration.
