Multi talented Boris Pelekh branches out from Gogol Bordello & St. Austell is his only Cornish gig

Boris Pelekh – singer, composer and guitar player toured the world for a decade as guitarist with the very popular gypsy-punk folk band Gogol Bordello while also fronting his own band Hey Guy.

His life’s journey and the philosophy of joy are the fibres of the emotionally colourful Boris & the Joy. Boris’s flexible indie-folk-electro-pop stylings shimmer with psychedelic undertones, soul-baring lyrics and intimate incantations of love and hope.

With an acoustic, electric guitar and equal parts tender and surreal vocals, this solo performance reflects the beauty and pain experienced in the journey of profound transformation.
