Kernow Chamber Players perform chamber music in the rarely-used six-person format called Sextet, immortal music by Brahms and Boccherini.
Boccherini invented the sextet, Brahms might have perfected it; hear music by these giants of the baroque period and the romantic period. With brief explanations of the context and significance of the works, what did music achieve in these 150 years? What can we still learn from it today?
