Restore, integrate and expand for 2022.

Join us for this transformative workshop to welcome the new year! We will be using conscious connected breathwork alongside breath holds and restorative breath practices to balance the nervous system, expand the mind and instil a deep sense of equilibrium within the body.

Important Information

You do not need to have done any breathwork prior to this. However, please ensure you do not have any of the following contraindications before purchasing a ticket:

Any history or current occurrence of epilepsy
Are in the first trimester of pregnancy
Any history of psychotic illness
Any eye injury such as detached retina or cataracts
