About this event
Nick is doing it for a bet; his girlfriend Tiffany would rather be shopping. Malcolm is on a pilgrimage for his late mother; Neville to get away from the wife. Observing them all is Kelly, a travel journalist from New York, and her mother Barbara.
Will they reach the end? Who is being sought by the police? Which one of them has a dark secret and what is wrong with Malcolm’s muesli?
Peter Gordon’s touching play follows this dysfunctional group of hikers through comic highs and tragic lows as they attempt the Coast To Coast walk from Cumbria to Yorkshire with the challenge of their lives.
The Camp Theatre Company is a not for profit community theatre company that celebrated its thirtieth anniversary in 2024. The company has built up a loyal following and has been touring the South West regularly since 2011. It has raised more than £75,000 for a wide range of international, national and local charities.
