Cyanotype, printmaking, wood construction, clay, painting, water play
Use the power of the sun to create your own cyanotype print, build a wheeled contraption from wood, and move water using structures built from pipes and tubes. Paint a Loe trout using natural pigments and create a clay creature.
CAST-Off sessions run from 10am to 12.30pm and 1.30pm to 4pm. All the activities are free and offered on a drop-in basis, no booking required. Participants of all ages are welcome. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
On Wednesdays from 5 to 26 August, artist Lucy Grant will lead free drop-in activities in our ground floor Art Studio at CAST. There will be different materials and techniques to try each week, including painting, printing and making.
