The annual Charles Causley Trust Festival of Arts and Literature returns in 2023.

The annual Charles Causley Trust Festival of Arts and Literature returns in 2023, from Friday 30th June – Sunday 2nd July.

2023 is an especially significant year for the Causley Trust as it will mark 20 years since Charles Causley’s passing in 2003. Alongside events throughout the year, the festival will bring together artists, writers, performers and creatives in Launceston (and online) to celebrate Causley’s legacy and his continued influence and impact today.

The 2023 festival will have a real focus on community and Causley’s hometown of Launceston, which features heavily in his work. Creatives will be brought to local venues to give workshops, interviews and informal mentoring, in addition to community events and musical performances within the town centre.
