About this event

A free day of fun tree based activities and crafts.

On the 28th of October 2021, join the Penwith Landscape Partnership for a tree-mendous day of tree-based learning activities and crafts!

Within the gorgeous Penlee Park, in Penzance attendees will have the opportunity to learn how to ID trees and other wildlife in the park, collect and pot up tree seeds, and learn about appropriate tree planting with the Cornwall Wildlife Trust.

Creative souls can also see a demonstration of spoon carving, try out bark rubbing and even make their own besom broom to take home – just in time for Halloween!

Activities will run from 10am until 3pm. Activities are free to attend and all ages are welcome (children must be accompanied by an adult). No registration is necessary – just drop in!
