About this event

Want to do something creative with the kids? We are holding a paint your own teddy workshop.

You will be able to choose from a selection of teddies to paint. You will be using ceramic paints which we will apply a clear glaze over and fire it in the kiln ready for you to come back to collect.

Dates:
• Saturday 24 May 2025
• Sunday 8 June 2025

Times: 11.00am to 4.00pm. This is a drop in session, so no need to pre-book.

Equipment & materials: Ceramic teddy bears and paints are provided.
You will produce: A piece of painted pottery, which will be fired in our electric kiln.
Collection/delivery: Your item will usually be ready within ten to 14 days. You can either collect your item from Wheal Martyn or we can post it to you. If you would like it posted please select this option when you book online.

Combine with a visit: If you are not an annual pass holder but would like to combine your workshop with a visit to the museum you can purchase a reduced price admission ticket at the point of booking.

Level: Beginners, from age 4 welcome. Any child under the age of 18 will need to be accompanied at all times by an adult.

Price: From £10 per item
