Storyboard Masterclass with Jenny Turner

Cornwall Film Festival Presents a masterclass with Storyboard artist Jenny Turner. Discovering what is means to be a storyboard artist and how to work with and as one.

Storyboards are an important part of the pre-production process for Film, TV and Commercials. They help to clearly convey how the story will flow and allow production to see how the shorts will work together and help to identify potential problems!

This masterclass will give you an insight and behind the scenes understanding into how Storyboards are created, used and how as a filmmaker or illustrator you can utilise this part of the pre-production process to its fullest!

Our masterclass tutor is storyboard artist, illustrator and BAFTA member Jenny Turner.

Jenny has drawn for films, TV shows and commercial many of which you may have seen! Including Poldark (2015-2019), War & Peace (2016), Merlin (2008), Blithe Spirit (2020), The Aeronauts (2019) and many more!

No prior filmmaking experience is required to attend this masterclass and we encourage filmmakers, designers, illustrators, artists and other creative to take this unique opportunity.

You can attend the masterclass where ever you are in the world but please note start time is GMT, the masterclass delivered in English and will NOT be recorded.

The cost to attend is £15 per person (*plus Eventbrite fees)

The Masterclass is delivered via Zoom and a meeting link will be sent the day before.
