About this event
Spread across 4 venues in St Austell we have 16 different author workshops spread throughout the day. Each author has their own individual event. The aim of festival is to bring the community together to celebrate books and reading for pleasure. Connecting readers and authors is such a powerful way of developing a love of reading and books.
Authors appearing at White River Cinema are AF Steadman, Sufiya Ahmed, Clare Helen Welsh and Ben Rowswell.
St Austell Library features Kate Jane Neal, Anna Wilson, Jodie Lancet-Grant and Emma McCann
Other venues in White River Place host Sarah Tagholm, Naomi and James Jones, Rebecca Cobb, Justyn Edwards, Tracy Curran, Ellie Jackson, Isabel Thomas and Julie Sykes.
The festival hub features a bookshop, author signings and creative activities from The Writers Block.
The day starts at 10 and the last workshop finishes at 5. All events run for between 45 and 60 minutes.
