STARTERS:

Parsnip soup, truffle and chive oil
Lemon & herb crusted goats cheese, pomegranate & char-grilled pear salad
Confit chicken, leek and ham hock terrine, mustard mayonnaise, warm bread
Tyacks’ classic prawn cocktail, Marie Rose sauce, lemon, brown bread

MAINS:

Roast turkey crown, chestnut stuffing & all the trimmings
Herb-stuffed slow-braised pork belly, apple colcannon mash, red wine sauce
Grilled sea bass fillet, Ribollita (Tuscan white bean stew)
