Christmas Day Service

This joyous service, on the morning of Christmas Day, echoes the song of the angels – Glory to the new born King!

Due to limited capacity, this service will be ticketed via the EVENTBRITE BOOKING SYSTEM Tickets will be released in two phases, the first release on Monday 7 December at 9am and the second on Friday 11 December at 6pm.

The cathedral community warmly invites you to join them for the Christmas Day service and would like to offer the opportunity to worship and give comfort at this time for as many people as possible. By careful arrangement ensuring social distancing and Covid-19 restriction rules are followed, 160 seats will be made available per service. Please be aware to accommodate this number of people some seats will be placed in areas where there will be an obstructed view. This Christmas, and indeed throughout the year, attendance at services and entry to the cathedral remains free. The cathedral relies on public donations to meet its costs. Truro Cathedral has been significantly financially affected by the Covid-19 pandemic and is finding ways to support its community through activities such as live-streaming.
