When local amateur dramatics theatre company The Plymuff Players mess up their marketing materials and miss out the ‘n’ for their show Cinderella they are forced to perform Ciderella instead. Can they change their show and deliver the performances of their lives, or will they crack under pressure?
Middle-aged barmaid Ciderella is forced to watch as the Ugly Misters get off their faces each night. She’s desperate to attend Lord Barry Beer’s Christmastime Brewery Awards, the most exclusive event this side of Weston Mill Creek, but her toxic manager refuses to let her. Will she make it and take Barry Beer home at the end of the night, or will she be sabotaged?
You think you know Cinderella? Well, we thought we did too. But instead, due to marketing mishaps, we’re going to have to do this version featuring the highly skilled performance group the Plymuff Players. Promising to be a magical night of theatre that you will never forget, however much you try.
