Join Cornish Explorers on a 12K circular guided walk around The Gannel, West Pentire & Crantock.

Walk across a vast tidal river bed, over the towering dunes of Crantock and along the north sedimentary shale cliffs to Polly Joke Beach. Optional sea dip at Polly Joke Cove conditions permitting.

Grade – STRIDE: A steadfast pace that will get those endorphins pumping. Peppered with plenty of pit stops to refuel and connect with each other and the views.

Terrain – Sand dunes, coves, coast path, some steep sections, village, sandy river bed, common land, riverside footpaths & trails.

Distance ~ 12K or 7.5m

Please note a minimum of 3 attendees is needed for this event to go ahead. Kate, your guide is a qualified Lifeguard, Outdoor First Aider and training Lowland Leader Guide with the Mountain Association.
