Colin Hastings, an organisational psychologist, learned over 12 years that significantly reducing his carbon footprint was very difficult. The barriers to individual climate action are many. All are real. So, drawing on his psychological background and practical experience, he wrote The Carbon Buddy Manual. You don’t read it, you use it – like a cookery book, gardening guide or Haynes manual.
