Larissa's Creative Chats over Coffee & Cake

Our second guest is the wonderful Paul McGann, best known for playing the eponymous ‘I’ In the cult classic ‘Withnail and I’ and the 8th Doctor in ‘Doctor Who’.
Film includes: ‘Empire of the Sun’, ‘Alien3’, ‘The Three Musketeers’, ‘Paper Mask’, ‘Fairytale, A True Story’, Lesbian Vampire Killers’ and most recently ‘B&B’.
TV includes: Series 1 & 2 of the BBC drama ‘Luther’, Hornblower’ Series 1-4, ‘Ripper Street’, ‘The Hanging Gale’ and ‘Our Mutual Friend’.
Theatre credits include ‘Butley’ (Duchess Theatre, West End), ‘Helen’ (Shakespeare’s Globe), ‘Mourning Becomes Electra’ (National Theatre), ‘A Lie of the Mind’, ‘The Genius’ and ‘Oi for England’ (Royal Court), ‘Sabina’ (Bush Theatre), ‘The Seagull’ (Liverpool Playhouse), ‘Loot’ (Ambassadors, West End) and most recently ‘Gabriel’ (Theatre 6).

It’s certainly fair to say Paul has a whole breadth of knowledge and experience! Join us to hear how his career has unfolded, stories from behind the curtain and his advice for a sustainable acting career.
