Unlocking Composition – an Illustrator’s Guide to Image Making with Caroline Pedler

The wonderful artist, illustrator and teacher Caroline Pedler joins us for a fun workshop that encourages and celebrates your unique way of seeing the world.

Aimed at anyone with a creative calling who wants to playfully improve their composition skills, or seasoned professionals who feel the need for a new creative perspective, Caroline will demystify the principles of composition by using paper cut shapes gathered from the local environment. You will compose these abstract shapes into a series of narrative based images that can work as a starting point for series of artworks in themselves, or spark brand new ideas for work in your own style and media
