We are extremely excited to be able to offer class with the brilliant Avatâra ayuso (AVA Dance Company). Avatâra will be coming to Cornwall to work with us on an R&D phase of our show She Who Dares and we are delighted to be able to facilitate a class with her for the dance community.
Avatâra offers a dynamic contemporary ballet class for today’s dancer with emphasis on alignment, musicality, movement qualities and the epaulement (the ability to move in spiral motion), set to a score of world music (from pop and jazz to bossa nova). It is a highly physical class for freelance dance artists that enjoy approaching ballet with a 21st century mind.
