The Old Ale House is a lively pub with friendly staff, and a charming atmosphere with sawdust on the floor, and free monkey nuts. (**Nut Allergies beware **)
How it works;
Ticket Holders to arrive between 6pm and 6.45pm. We suggest grabbing yourself a refreshing drink from the downstairs bar on entrance, and then head upstairs to our reserved area with your drink, to sign in, meet our host and chat to fellow daters. First bell rings by 7pm to signal the start of dating, please be ready.
🛎 For the speed dating segment –
Ladies stay seated, Gentlemen rotate when the bell rings! Five minutes per date, up to fourteen dates each! Plus mingling opportunities throughout, with intervals in between for toilet breaks and a drink top up.
Fill in your scorecard as you go, simply write your date’s name and indicate if you want to see them again. Hand in your completed scorecards to the host before you leave the venue. Match results are sent to you via email, the following day, along with their phone numbers. Who makes the next move, is up to you….
