About this event
Cornwall Concert Orchestra present their popular annual family concert aiming to introduce children and adults to the joy of orchestral music. The audience is offered the chance to participate and discover the different sections of the orchestra, the instruments and the fun of playing in an orchestra.
The programme contains music from Alan Menken – Disney Aladdin film music, Badelt – Pirates of the Caribbean Film music, Shostakovich – Waltz 2 from Jazz Suite No.2, a movement from Walton – Suite from Henry V, Morricone – Gabriel’s Oboe famous from “The Mission” film, Malcolm Arnold – Trevelyan Suite for Wind and a movement from Susato – Suite for Brass
