Discover how you can use pen and paper to improve your mental wellbeing. This monthly session features templates, tips, and tricks, plus plenty of stationery to play with. Tickets are £5/person. Bring your own notebook. Optional £5 starter pack for newbies featuring a dot grid notebook, pen, and washi tape. Booking is essential. Email [email protected] for more info or to book.

More about your host, Emma: I’m a life-long stationery addict, encouraging others to explore the joys of creative journaling and modern calligraphy and improve their mental wellbeing.

I have a PGCE, plus level 2 qualifications in Understanding Autism and Understanding Children & Young People’s Mental Health. I’m currently completing courses on Coaching for Health & Wellbeing plus Mental Health First Aid.
