About this event
Find out how you can use creative journaling and lettering to enhance your wellbeing. This interactive taster session will explore areas such as mindfulness, building self-esteem, gratitude, positive affirmations, and more, all while having fun with pen and paper.
This season is aimed at children in key stages 1 and 2. If the weather is dry, we’ll end the session exploring mindfulness and nature in Morrab Gardens.
Tickets are £5 per child and include a goody bag (including a notebook, pencil, and stickers), plus a hot drink for grown-ups. Siblings aged four and under are welcome to attend at no additional cost and colouring sheets and pens will be available to help keep them entertained.
