About this event

Creative wellbeing workshop for children, featuring journaling, mindfulness, and arts and crafts.

Monthly creative wellbeing workshop for children, featuring journaling, mindfulness, and seasonal arts and crafts.

Two hour-long sessions will run at 1:30pm and 2:45pm in the Assembly Hall of the Old Cathedral School.

The recommended age for participants is 5-11 years old but younger siblings are welcome. It’s helpful if the child can read and write a little independently but grown-ups can support throughout. Children who aren’t confident in writing could also draw/interpret in their own way.

£8 per child per session (includes a free starter pack featuring a notebook, stickers, and pencil).

These sessions are hosted by Emma from A Cornish Geek Letters, a local stationery blogger, calligrapher, and all-round pen and paper nerd.
