Creative journaling and seasonal arts and crafts for children

Creative wellbeing for children. These workshops are designed to help children develop their emotional intelligence, resilience, and self-awareness while engaging in creative play. This month’s session is Halloween-themed, with the first half focusing on creative journaling and the second half on seasonal arts and crafts. Tickets are £8/person and include refreshments for children and their grown-ups. Newbies also receive a notebook, pencil, and stickers. Recommended age 5-11 (younger siblings are welcome). More about your host, Emma: I’m a life-long stationery addict, encouraging others to explore the joys of creative journaling and modern calligraphy and improve their mental wellbeing.

I have a PGCE, plus level 2 qualifications in Understanding Autism and Understanding Children & Young People’s Mental Health. I’m currently completing courses on Coaching for Health & Wellbeing plus Mental Health First Aid.
