Creative Writing for Wellbeing

Sit back, write, and relax, in this two-hour Creative Writing for Wellbeing Workshop; where you will be guided through a series of writing prompts and exercises, created specifically to enhance your well-being, whilst taking inspiration from the beautiful natural surroundings of the Bedruthan Hotel.

You will also learn to tap into your ability to write freely, without inhibition, whilst exploring tools that can help you to improve and hone your writing practice.

All materials will be provided including an eco-friendly notebook, pen, and healing crystal.

Suitable for all adults.

This workshop is led by writer, poet, and wellbeing coach, Kelly Marshall. Kelly is a published writer with a BA (Hons) and MA in Creative Writing. She is also a trained and experienced meditation teacher and wellbeing coach.

The workshop Starts at 11 am on 16th September.
