Creative Writing Club for 7-11-year-olds with Naomi Jones & Lucy Beckley

Join Naomi Jones & Lucy Beckley for a five week creative writing adventure into the wonderful world of stories.

From story structure to creating characters, from world building to breaking the rules, each session will be filled with fun and accessible creative writing exercises designed to spark ideas and fire imaginations.

About the course facilitators:
Naomi Jones is a published children’s author – her books have been translated into 19 languages. She loves running workshops and events at schools, festivals and libraries across the country and has worked with the BBC, the National Trust, Eden Project and the Youth Libraries Group.

Lucy Beckley is a published writer, poet and community host based in Cornwall. She has an MA in Professional Writing from Falmouth University and a Postgraduate Certificate in Teaching Creative Writing from Cambridge University. She regularly runs workshops for adults, children and organisations and loves to help inspire others to find the joy and magic in writing.
