Supper with The Deer Hunter at Hotel Tresanton

Spend the evening with Giancarlo at Hotel Tresanton, supplier of the finest venison on the Roseland. Listen to his stories of how he carefully selects the deer for the client, as well as maintaining the number of deer and stopping overgrazing. During the evening you will enjoy Giancarlo’s venison, with a welcome glass of wine and canape, followed by a two course dinner.
