Live music by the sea, food and drinks.
Devil’s Hatband first played for us 4 years ago, it was a wild and windy night but the show went on in our cozy cafe. Fingers crossed this time for some September sunshine, but they’re amazing rain or shine, don’t miss ’em.
Devil’s Hatband present a rich variety of hillbilly mountain music, gospel, old time show tunes, gentle folk, jugband blues and songs of work and protest.
Banjo, tea chest bass, washboard, kazoo, ukulele, fiddle and saw, played to a near virtuoso standard, accompany a heavenly chorus.
The act are always impeccably turned out and their show is morally good…if the good lord is willing and the creek don’t rise…
