Discovering42 is packed with creative challenges and hands-on exhibits – made with up-cycled materials by a team of artists to keep curious minds entertained throughout the holidays.

Explore our exciting new exhibits, including Bernie’s Steam Engines, Moss Safari, an Inflatable Planetarium as well our all-time favourites, like the bike-powered record player. Discover the hidden world beneath your feet and journey through the stars – all in one visit!

Perfect for people of all ages, Discovering42 encourages visitors to touch, build, experiment and explore together.
We also have a cosy cafe to relax in where you can treat yourself to one of our iconic chemistry-inspired Magic Mocktails!
With plenty to see and do, it’s a fun, inspiring day out that sparks curiosity and shows that science is for everyone.
