The Tiny Pop Up Studio & Makery will be popping up in Porthleven Harbour Market this year. The Dorset Button Brooch workshop is new to the portfolio and I am very much looking forward to passing along this skill.
A delightful introduction to this Heritage Craft, you will make a Dorset Button Tree Brooch and learn the techniques of casting, laying and rounding to complete a brooch in your own style to wear with your favourite outfit! Of course you dont need to have it as a brooch, you can turn it into a button, a necklace , or a scarf pin!
No experience is needed for the workshop and all materials will be provided, however if you have a favourite pair of embroidery scissors you are welcome to bring them.
