About this event
Join us for a fun and informal workshop (2 hours) for all the family exploring mark making, movement and materials with Newquay based artist Delphine O’Conner.
This workshop is suitable for children aged 5+ and we ask that all children are accompanied by a parent or carer for the duration of the workshop.
The idea is to work collaboratively with your child to create something together. You will be able to take your creations home!
All materials will be provided but please wear clothing that you don’t mind getting messy.
Delphine will bring a selection of natural objects to inspire the workshop, but if you want to bring something you’ve found on a beach walk or coastal path stroll, please do. We’re focusing on natural objects for this workshop – seaweed, sticks, stones, flowers and feathers are wonderful and inspiring to draw!
At the end of the workshop we’ll exhibit your creations and take a look at what everyone has made.
The workshop is £5 to attend, booking is essential.
