About this event

We are really happy to be able to offer you our schedule with Rosie starting Monday 23rd March (& hopefully our regular teachers TBC).

We hope that the familiarity of the class, seeing the ekam community online, and the grounding practices of movement, meditation and yoga, will be an anchor into normality and a reminder that we will soon all be back together in the studio.

We will be live streaming our classes and adding in some free meditations plus daily mumma babe/toddler and kids yoga. You can directly access the booking for all live stream classes the usual way…. Please check our new time table & prices.. if the costs are beyond your means right now, please email ekam, no one will be left without yoga because they can’t afford to pay.

We hope you’ll support us with these new arrangements and join us in classes as much as you can. Not only does it benefit your health and wellbeing, it also means we can continue to pay our wonderful teachers who rely on this income as well as keeping ekam afloat until we can open again.
