Our bodies have so much to tell us when we learn how to listen and give ourselves time to hear…

A disorienting loss of identity and control can overwhelm us during perimenopause as our hormone levels fluctuate and our bodies change. Physical, emotional, mental and spiritual symptoms may deeply affect our quality and enjoyment of life.

In this friendly workshop there will be tea, Tarot and talk with wonderful women about:

How the perimenopause is our ‘Enchantress Phase’ – and can be a time of great self discovery and empowerment
Recognising symptoms – there are so many that you might not even realise are symptoms!
Cycle tracking – linking symptoms to cycles helps us understand what our bodies are asking us and to find targeted and sustainable solutions for our unique issues
Journalling – one of our most powerful tools for self exploration and growth
Enlisting moon phase rituals to support your healing and progress

Fall back in love with your body and its wisdom
