Clothes Minded Events present: Facts Behind the Fabric- An online sustainable fashion auction raising money for Fashion Revolution.

We are four Events Management students who love all things fashion but understand the need for change in the industry and being unable to run in person events in our final year we have turned to a virtual platform!

Clothes Minded Events are hosting an online auction that will include one-of-a-kind pieces, that have been donated by influencers, up and coming businesses or upcycled by fashion students. We are NOT scared of bold colours and patterns and instead we embrace them.
We are fundraising for Fashion Revolution and we want to share the story of each item including how many hours of work went into it and the facts behind the fabric. The auction is taking place during the yearly Fashion Revolution Week which encourages people to ask the question ‘Who made my clothes?’. Through our event we want to educate our community on workers’ rights and the sustainable clothing options available to everyone.
The adrenaline inducing experience of last-minute sale shopping is adopted as we auction 20 unique items in a one off, 5-day auction. Once the time is up, they are gone!
To Individuals in the UK whose aim is to achieve a more sustainable lifestyle when shopping, clothes minded events are determined to educate and promote sustainability in the fashion industry through our online auction for preloved and upcycled clothing that includes the story behind each piece.

Inclusivity is very important to us and we are looking for a range of sizes and clothing for all genders so we can cater for everyone.
