A bi-weekly hump day escape, Flow + Sounds combines 40 minutes of gentle flow yoga set to specially curated digital sounds ranging from binaural beats to electronic soundscapes, which relax into a live gong and singing bowl session during your half hour savasana. Sound is one of the oldest and most powerful tools for relaxation and healing on the planet – whether you need to find stillness, release blocked stress, or encourage recovery from an injury of condition, there are aspects of sonic exlploration for all. Come and feel the force…!
