About this event
Gentle, restorative yoga amongst the beautiful flowers and scents of Florii Flower Farm, Mount Hawke.
Our programme, running on various dates throughout August, has sessions designed for Adults at twilight and for Children (age 6 – 12) during the mornings. Yoga and mindful activities and includes picking a flower bouquet to take home.
Children’s sessions held from 10 – 11.30 am on Mondays 3rd, 10th and 17th August
Adult’s sessions held from 6pm to 8pm on Thursdays 6th, 13th and 20th August
